Position: Assistant Manager–Dealer Sales

Department: Dealer Sales Department

Key Responsibilities:

  • To work as a team member for marketing and business development for dealers and retailers area wise;
  • Should have sound knowledge about overall market and should know the easiest route to communicate with the Dealer / Distributor;
  • To create new dealers/retailers;
  • To achieve Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly & Yearly Sales Target;
  • Require warm and healthy relationship with dealer/distributor/retailer.
  • Should be self-motivated to enhance the overall sales & marketing position;
  • Should be able to achieve organizational goals and objectives as a performer;
  • Excellent writing, interpersonal & high-level oral communication skills are required;
  • Should be prepared for frequent tour(s) at the respective area where you are assigned for;

Requirements:

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree under any discipline.
Experience: Minimum 03 (Three) years’ job experience with reputed brand(s) in Dealer / Distributor Channel and at the same position in the same trade.

Position: Assistant General Manager-Service

Department: Service Center

Key Responsibilities:

  • Should have practical knowledge in the field of Service and should have Service Team Management experience on Air Conditioner, Refrigerator, LED TV, Washing Machine, Microwave Oven, Kitchen Appliances and all kinds of home appliances.
  • Able to prepare Service Report and should be responsible to make proper Service Plan and execute for service system development.
  • To set service related policies & processes and responsible to design strategy for service revenue growth.
  • To work on Spare Parts Arrangement and keep backup spare parts.
  • To make new service center based on the requirement in different locations throughout the country, design and make budget for decoration and development.
  • Responsible to contract and recruit third party service management if needed.
  • To ensure quick & quality service and comfort service environment and customer satisfaction.
  • Quality and technically sound manpower selection and responsible to arrange training needs for skill development.
  • Should monitor total service team’s leave, attendance, incentive, transportations, and all types of service invoice management.
  • Ready to communicate all types of customers and oversee day-to-day service operations and take feedback for service development.
  • Should control budgets and optimize expenses against service.
  • Ensure employee motivation and performance evaluation process.

Requirements:
               
Qualification: B.Sc in Mechanical or Electrical from reputed public university.
Experience: 8 to 10 year(s) job experience on similar electronics industries.

Position: Project Manager-HVAC

Department: HVAC Department

Key Responsibilities:

  • To ensure end to end process completion of HVAC installation, testing & commissioning successfully.
  • To prepare project estimations, budgets, work schedules and assist in project contract negotiations.
  • To plan, organize, direct and coordinate man power, equipment, tools and supply needs to achieve project objectives.
  • To attend meeting and functions as required.
  • To ensure all projects are delivered on time within the scope and budget.
  • Strong decision making, problem solving, resource allocation and planning skills and experience is required.
  • Ability to build a team and coach, monitor, train and lead personnel in the project.
  • Coordinate with purchasing department to ensure timely ordering and delivering of project materials per budget.
  • To develop and maintain relationships with owner, general contractors, vendors, suppliers, internal employees and other trades on site.
  • To manage HVAC Project engineering team and relevant work force.

Requirements:

QualificationB.Sc in Mechanical form reputed public university (academic qualification may be compromised in case of better experience).
ExperienceMinimum 05 (Five) years relevant job experience required. Candidates having appropriate experience in working with large-scale HVAC projects will be preferred.
Age Limit: Below 35 (Thirty-Five) Years.
Location : Should be prepared to be assigned at any place in Bangladesh.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To design 2D & 3D models and structures using AutoCAD 2007/2010;
  •  Should have adequate knowledge and experience in HVAC (VRF & Chiller), BOQ and installation drawings i.e. piping, ducting, machine placing, module etc.
  •  Should be able to work under pressure;

Requirements:

Qualification             :     B.Sc / Diploma in CAD operation from any recognized institution with excellent educational track record. Academic qualification may be compromised in case of better experience.
Experience                 :     Minimum 3 (three) years job experience with reputed organization at same position in the relevant field.

  • Report daily activities & tour plans to reporting boss.

  • Generate Daily/Monthly/Half-Yearly/Yearly sales reports on market progress, credit realization and individual customer’s performance.

Requirements:

  • Should be self-motivated to enhance the overall sales & marketing position.

  • Good command on MS-Office applications & Internet and should be able to design 2D & 3D models and structures using AutoCAD.
  • Should be able to work under pressure.
  • Should be prepared for door to door marketing and client visit.

Qualification: B.Sc in Mechanical or Electrical from reputed public university / Diploma in RAC or Electrical from government Polytechnic Institute
Experience: Experienced is not mandatory. FRESH graduates are encouraged to apply.
