(EML), the largest business house in Bangladesh, has been continuing its business as a manufacturer, Importer and Marketer of a wide range of electronic home appliances & durables like Air Conditioners, Refrigerators, Color TVs, Washing Machines, Microwave Ovens, Water Purification Systems, Kitchen Appliances, etc. having different international brands e.g. KONKA, GREE, TOSHIBA, DAIKIN, HAIKO, etc. is now searching urgently for a qualified individual for the following position for its for its Showroom Sales Department:

 

1. Position : National Sales Manager–Dealer Sales

 

Department : Dealer Sales & Marketing Department

Key Responsibilities:

 Able to lead a group of team members for marketing and business development for dealers /

distributors and retailers nation-wide;

 Should have sound knowledge about overall market and should know the easiest route to

communicate with the Dealers / Distributors and Retailers;

 Require product forecast knowledge and must know the competitor’s strategy, movements and

data analysis;

 Require warm and healthy relationship with dealer/distributor/retailer;

 To create new Dealers/Retailers nation-wide;

 To achieve Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly & Yearly Sales Target;

 Should be self-motivated to enhance the overall sales & marketing position;

 Should be able to achieve organizational goals and objectives as a performer;

 Report on market progress, credit realization and individual customer performance;

 Should be prepared for frequent tour(s) at the respective area where you are assigned for;

Requirements:

Qualification : Minimum Bachelor’s Degree under any discipline. Masters’ is preferable.

Experience : Minimum 03 (Three) years’ job experience in the same position in Dealer

 

Channel and in the same trade.

 

Additional Requirements:

 Below 40 (Forty) Years;

 Should be honest and hardworking;

 Willing to work under pressure and extensive working hours if needed;

 Have positive mindset to work at any place throughout the country;

 Good Command in Bengali & English;

 Excellent writing, interpersonal & high-level communication skills are required;

 Should have good knowledge on MS-Office applications & Internet;

 

2. Position : Manager–Dealer Sales

 To work as a team member for marketing and business development for dealers and retailers’ area

wise;

 Should have sound knowledge about overall market and should know the easiest route to

communicate with the Dealer / Distributor;

 Require warm and healthy relationship with dealers/distributors/retailers;

 To create new Dealers/Retailers;

 To achieve Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly & Yearly Sales Target;

 Should be self-motivated to enhance the overall sales & marketing position;

 Should be able to achieve organizational goals and objectives as a performer;

3. Position : Assistant Manager–Dealer Sales

 

Department : Dealer Sales & Marketing Department

Key Responsibilities:

 To work as a team member for marketing and business development for dealers and retailers’ area

wise;

 Should have sound knowledge about overall market and should know the easiest route to

communicate with the Dealers / Distributors;

 To create new Dealers/Retailers;

 

 To achieve Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly & Yearly Sales Target;

 Require warm and healthy relationship with dealers/distributors/retailers;

 Should be self-motivated to enhance the overall sales & marketing position;

 Should be able to achieve organizational goals and objectives as a performer;

 Should be prepared for frequent tour(s) at the respective area where you are assigned for;

Requirements:

Qualification : Minimum Bachelor’s Degree under any discipline.

Experience : Minimum 02 (Two) years’ job experience in the same position in Dealer Channel

 

and in the same trade.

 

Additional Requirements:

 Age Below 30 (Thirty) Years;

 Should be honest and hardworking;

 Willing to work under pressure and extensive working hours if needed;

 Have positive mindset to work at any place throughout the country;

 Good Command in Bengali & English;

 Excellent writing, interpersonal & high-level communication skills are required;

 Should have good knowledge on MS-Office applications & Internet;

4. Position: In-Charge -Showroom Sales

 

Department : Showroom Sales Department

Key Responsibilities:

 To work as the key person of the showroom to enhance and develop the sales & marketing as well

as to achieve organizational goals as awarded by the management.

 To run individually a showroom / display center where 5-8 personnel are engaged for daily retail

sales of different brand products and commodities represented by the company.

 Should possess adequate knowledge and experience in sales & marketing and be capable of gaining

attraction from potential customers.

 Manage the everyday operations of a showroom including sales, marketing, accounts, inventory,

customer relations & care.

 To achieve Sales Target month on month basis.

 Generate monthly / half-yearly / yearly reports in accordance with various report formats to the

management.

Requirements:

Qualification : Bachelor Degree under any discipline. Masters will be considered as added

 

advantage.

 

Experience : Minimum 5 (five) years job experience as a Manager / In-Charge in a showroom

 

with similar reputed organization / brand in Electronics Industry.

 

Additional Requirements:

 Age below 36 (Thirty-Six) Years.

 Should be honest and hardworking.

 Willing to work under pressure and extensive working hours if needed.

 Should have positive mindset to work at any place throughout the country.

 Good Command in Bengali & English.

 Excellent writing, interpersonal & high-level communication skills are required.

 Should have good knowledge on MS-Office applications & Internet.

Job Location: Should be prepared to work at any place in Bangladesh.

5. Position: Executive-Showroom Sales

 

Department : Showroom Sales Department

Key Responsibilities:

 To work as a sales person in our showrooms / display centers in different locations throughout the

country.

 Should have a good presentation and communicative skills.

 Should possess adequate knowledge and experience in sales & marketing and be capable of gaining

attraction from potential customers.

 Should be self-motivated to enhance the overall sales & marketing position.

 Should be able to achieve Sales Target, Organizational Goals and Objectives as a performer.

Requirements:

Qualification : Bachelor's Degree under any discipline.

Experience : Fresher applicants are encouraged to apply. 2-3 years of experience in

 

showroom

Sales in the same Electronics Industry is preferable.

 Age Below 25 (Twenty-Five) Years

6. Position: Officer-Showroom Sales

country.

 Should be able to achieve Sales Target, Organizational Goals and Objectives as a performer.

Requirements:

Qualification : H.S.C under any discipline.

Experience : Fresher applicants are encouraged to apply. Experience in showroom

Sales in the same Electronics Industry shall get advantage.
